Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Paw Perfect, a pet-care reminder and record-keeping application. By using Paw Perfect, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Paw Perfect

Paw Perfect helps you organize pet information, care dates, reminders and records. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding what care your pet needs.

You must use Paw Perfect lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with the application, bypass security controls, or use the service to harm another person or animal.

2. Your account

Where sign-in is required, you use your Google Account to access Paw Perfect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and device. Your Paw Perfect data is intended to remain associated with your signed-in Google identity while it is stored in your browser.

3. Your pet information

You retain responsibility for the pet information and records you enter into Paw Perfect. You should keep independent copies of important veterinary records and documents.

Because Paw Perfect uses browser-based storage, clearing browser data, changing devices or using a different browser may result in locally stored information no longer being available.

4. Reminders are informational

Paw Perfect reminders are intended to help you remember pet-care tasks. They are not a guarantee that a reminder will be delivered, displayed or noticed on time. Device, browser, permission, battery, operating-system and network settings can affect notifications.

5. Not veterinary advice

Paw Perfect is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency advice. A reminder or record in Paw Perfect must not be treated as professional veterinary advice. For medical concerns, medication decisions or emergencies, consult an appropriately qualified veterinary professional.

6. Google Calendar integration

If you connect Google Calendar, Paw Perfect can create, update and remove calendar events for your Paw Perfect care reminders. Paw Perfect remains the source of truth for those care reminders. Calendar changes are not intended to modify your Paw Perfect records.

Google Calendar is provided by Google and is subject to Google's terms and policies. We cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Paw Perfect available and useful, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Features may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

8. No guarantee of data availability

Because Paw Perfect is browser-first, you are responsible for maintaining access to your device and browser data. We recommend keeping separate copies of important pet documents and veterinary records.

9. Intellectual property

Paw Perfect and its original software, branding, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Paw Perfect to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paw Perfect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses resulting from missed reminders, unavailable services, browser data loss, device failure, third-party service interruptions, or decisions made solely from information recorded in the application.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service changes or when legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use of Paw Perfect after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
